Life is breath (some advice)

If you're not careful with life
You won't live it at all
But instead
Permit yourselves
To breath out everything
And take in nothing
Until all the time around you is exhausted
And everything you ever did
(That final day)
Was your last

My advice to you
Is to be more aware of now
Of its impermanence
